Terms & Conditions
International Orders
All international orders are accepted with direct wire transfer as payment or Paypal only. US, Mexican and Canadian orders may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal. Paypal payments should be sent to: sales@vishnutuning.com. Customers are responsible for all tariffs
and custom brokerage fees.
Damages
We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Thus all damage claims must
be made to the shipping carrier. Although we will assist you as much as we
can in the damage claim process we will not be responsible for the outcome
of the claim. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle all
damage claims directly with the shipping company. Vishnu Performance cannot
be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping.
Special Order Items
Some items are sold on a "special order" only basis. These are products that
we do not stock and there is a 50% deposit required on all special orders.
Item will be charged in full when we confirm availability of the "special
order" item.
Shipping
We ship purchases immediately after confirmation of credit and depending on
availability of product. Purchases are shipped via UPS Ground Services
unless otherwise specified. Vishnu Performance is not responsible
manufacturer delays on items that are not stocked. We will do our best to
give realistic and accurate delivery times.
Returns
At Vishnu Tuning, our
customers are number one. We want you to be happy with your
purchase. If, for some reason you are unsatisfied and would like to
return your purchase, we must receive your return within 14 days from the date
that you have received your order (according to UPS records). You must
first call us to get a Return Authorization Number and all returns must be sent
via UPS only. The returned item must be in "like-new" condition
and all accessories/documentation must be included. Shipping fees cannot
be refunded and you are responsible for paying for the returned shipping.
This offer only applies to retail purchases of our PROcede engine computer.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all other returns and cancellation of items. Vishnu Performance will not accept used or damaged
items. Maximum time for returns is 30 days.

Vishnu Performance reserves the right to, at any time, discontinue products,
change product specifications, prices, designs, features, models or
equipment without notification. All Vishnu Performance products and parts
available on this website are intended for off-road use only.
